We have wonderful, highly successful programs tailored just for men. Solutions Medical Weight Loss understands that most men desire to lose weight in their midsection. Recent studies have shown that abdominal fat is linked to a higher death rate, especially in men.

Modified Liquid Diet

Our modified liquid diet involves a 14 day period of fasting on 4 to 5 high protein, meal replacement drinks and a 100 to 200 calorie dinner. During this time, you will consume between 500 and 700 calories a day. Multiple 2 week programs may be added for a longer fast.

Nutritional Ketogenic Diet

Over 20 peer-reviewed studies show that this type of plan can help you lose weight and improve your health. The ketogenic program involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. The reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state.

Anti-Inflammatory Diet

Our Anti-Inflammatory diet is based on Dr. Steven Gundry’s (author of “the Plant Paradox”) theory that plants are smarter than we give them credit for and like animals, they have defense mechanisms they use for survival.
